Booking requires a 50% deposit. It is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid via the website no later than 4 weeks before the scheduled hypnosis session. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend your session (e.g., due to short-term illness or an emergency), we will arrange the next available replacement date. The payments made remain valid for this one-time rescheduling. As missed appointments cannot be reassigned at short notice due to the required preparation, a second rescheduling requires a new booking.
