A Soul Journey requires you to consciously engage with the process and take responsibility for your own experience. You should be able to understand Mario well and express yourself sufficiently during the session. Please also review the medical contraindications below before booking your session.

Yes. While this work is powerful and deeply supportive, there are certain situations where a session may not be suitable. These include severe psychiatric conditions such as psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or active delusions. If you're currently experiencing a mental handicap, neurological disease, or epilepsy, a session is also not recommended. The same applies if you’ve recently had a heart attack, stroke, or suffer from thrombosis. Addiction to alcohol, drugs, or medication, as well as the use of psychotropic drugs, can interfere with the process and the clarity of the session. Pregnancy in the third trimester is also considered a contraindication. That said, milder conditions like depression, personality disorders, or cardiovascular concerns don’t automatically exclude you. What matters most is your current state of stability and whether you're grounded enough to engage safely with the process. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out. Come to your session well-rested, relaxed, and hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing. Avoid alcohol, marijuana, and other mind-altering substances beforehand. You may take prescribed medication as usual. Also try to enter your Soul Journey without fixed expectations and remain open to whatever unfolds.Before your session, Mario will provide detailed preparation materials with all important information and recommendations for your appointment.

In most cases, one session is enough to explore your questions and topics. Each Soul Journey brings forward what is relevant and possible for you at that particular time.Some clients choose to return for another session later to explore new topics or continue their journey. Mario greatly appreciates this continued trust and therefore offers returning clients a discount on follow-up sessions.

QHHT® (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is the form of Quantum Hypnosis developed by Dolores Cannon and follows a specific process and prescribed hypnotic induction.Transformative Soul Journey® (TSJ®), developed by Mario in 2017, is his own more flexible approach. Building on his beginnings with QHHT®, the open framework of BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing), and his many years of experience, Mario can adapt the hypnotic induction to the individual and incorporate additional techniques he has learned as well as his intuitive abilities when appropriate.The potential content of a session is fundamentally comparable. The main practical difference is that TSJ® can be experienced both online and in person, while QHHT® is exclusively intended for in-person sessions.Today, Mario primarily works with TSJ®. QHHT® is only offered upon explicit request and for in-person sessions.

Mario is highly experienced in guiding people into expanded states of awareness. However, how a session unfolds also depends on your ability to allow your analytical mind to step into the background and engage with the experience.Expectations play an important role. A strong desire for a specific outcome can make it more difficult to surrender to the process. In Mario’s experience, openness, trust, and a certain ease around whatever may unfold create the best conditions for a Soul Journey.

Many people expect to be completely “switched off” or even unconscious during hypnosis. This is not necessary. Most clients instead experience a state of focused or expanded awareness in which they remain aware of what is happening and could bring themselves out of the session at any time.How deep hypnosis feels varies from person to person. What matters is not losing consciousness, but allowing the analytical mind to step into the background enough for the experience to unfold.

No. Hypnosis does not mean becoming unconscious or losing your free will. Most clients remain aware of what is happening during their Soul Journey, can communicate with Mario, and can end the session at any time.You generally remain in control of what you say and do. Mario guides you through the process, but cannot make you do anything against your will.

This is one of the most common questions during and after a session. Many experiences begin as thoughts, images, feelings, or impressions that may initially feel like your own imagination. During your Soul Journey, try not to judge or analyze where something is coming from. Simply describe what you perceive.Often, the experience begins to develop naturally and becomes increasingly clear and independent. You can interpret it afterward. During the session, the most important thing is simply to give the process room to unfold.

You may remember everything, only certain parts, or possibly very little. This varies from person to person and cannot be predicted beforehand. For this reason, your Soul Journey is recorded as audio so you can listen to it again afterward.

No. Quantum Hypnosis is experienced by people from many different cultures, belief systems, and worldviews. You do not need to believe in reincarnation or follow any particular spiritual concept. What matters is simply being open to your individual experience.

This is usually not a problem. Mario works with clients from around the world for whom English or German is often a second or third language. As long as you can generally understand Mario well and express yourself sufficiently, you can work together without difficulty. If anything is unclear during the session, you can ask at any time.

No. You should be alone and undisturbed during your session. The presence of another person can influence your attention, openness, and the way your experience unfolds.Of course, someone can accompany or support you before or after your session. During the actual Soul Journey, however, the space is reserved exclusively for you and Mario.

Yes. The primary focus of your session is always you. However, at a certain point in the session, it is possible to invite another person’s Higher Self and ask for information, insights, or supportive processes on their behalf. This is known as a proxy session.This is generally possible for minor children for whom you have legal responsibility. For anyone else, Mario requires their explicit consent beforehand.

Quantum Hypnosis can support profound physical, emotional, and personal processes, but healing can never be guaranteed. Throughout his work, Mario has witnessed a wide range of changes, from subtle shifts and new insights to extraordinary experiences that clients themselves have described as healing.Mario does not consider himself a healer, but rather a facilitator and guide. The actual change takes place within the client and may begin during the session or continue unfolding through the integration that follows. Insights, guidance, and new perspectives received during the Soul Journey also need to be applied in your own life.Every experience and outcome is individual. A session can initiate significant change, but it is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

An important one. Mario guides you through the entire process, asks the right questions, and creates the framework for your Soul Journey. The actual experience, however, takes place within you. You determine how openly you engage with the process, what you allow during the session, and how you integrate the insights you receive into your life afterward.Quantum Hypnosis is therefore a collaborative process. Mario guides and supports you, but your willingness, openness, and personal responsibility remain an essential part of your experience.

If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness, an emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, your session can be rescheduled once to the next available date within one year. Any payment you have already made will remain fully valid.As reserved appointments generally cannot be filled again at short notice, a second rescheduling requires a new booking and payment.If Mario unexpectedly needs to cancel an appointment, you can choose between the next available replacement date or a full refund of all payments made.
