A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before your appointment. Alternatively, you may pay the full amount upfront. The deposit is non-refundable. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend your session (e.g., due to sudden illness or an emergency), we will arrange the next available replacement date. The deposit remains valid for this one-time rescheduling. As sessions cannot be reassigned on short notice due to the preparation involved, a second rescheduling will require a new booking. If I am unexpectedly unable to conduct your session (e.g., due to sudden illness or an emergency), you may choose between rescheduling to the next available date or receiving a full refund of your deposit.
