No. The stated timeframes are estimates and depend on Mario’s current availability. Your request first determines whether a suitable Fast Track spot can be offered.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Once a Fast Track spot is offered, you’ll receive all information needed to confirm your booking and payment. Your spot is reserved only once the booking is complete.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING?
Because Fast Track spots are specifically created in Mario’s private calendar, special rescheduling conditions apply. You’ll receive the applicable terms before booking.

CAN I CANCEL MY FAST TRACK BOOKING?
Due to the specially reserved availability, Fast Track bookings are generally non-refundable. All applicable conditions will be provided before you complete your booking.
