A 50% deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due no later than four weeks before your scheduled hypnosis session and must be paid via the website. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend your appointment (e.g., due to sudden illness or an emergency), we will arrange a new appointment at the earliest possible date. The amount paid will remain valid for this one-time rescheduling. Since missed appointments cannot be rebooked at short notice due to the necessary preparation, a second rescheduling requires a new booking. Should Mario be unexpectedly unable to conduct your appointment (e.g., due to sudden illness or an emergency), you can choose between rescheduling to the next available date and receiving a full refund of your deposit.
